Our founder (and father) Vittorio started his journey at a young age selling gelato door to door in the summer time in his home town: Monte Di Procida in Naples Italy. After learning how to make pastries and other classic baked goods by working as a helper in a local bakery, when he was finally an adult, he kept pursuing his culinary passion and opened his own pastry laboratory, but inspired by the (American Dream) decided to traveled to New York first were he opened several pizzeria’s, and then moved to Florida were with the help of Assunta (our mother) and other family members opened what was bound to become a Miramar icon and landmark
